The Step It Up! Online Community Forum is intended for informational purposes only and to provide a place for peer-support to members of the community who participate in the Step It Up! Walking Program. It is meant to assist and motivate members in reaching their physical activity and healthy eating goals and to offer resource information for those starting a self-guided walking program.
